Lake District Photowalk Easedale Tarn and Helm Crag (F2)

We start in Grasmere and walk to Easedale Tarn through Easedale valley. Stopping at Sourmilk Gill to photograph the impressive waterfall. A stop at Easedale Tarn to photograph the tarn and the surrounding fells, then we continue to Helm Crag via Stythwaite Steps. With a wide range of photographic opportunities on route.

Up the path to the Helm Crag summit where you can climb the Howitzer, or just photograph it. On the summit there are wonderful views towards Windermere, to Langdale and over to Helvellyn.

We then take our descent back to Grasmere where we get a wonderful view back over towards Eeasdale Tarn.
