Starting at Hodge Close, we take a walk to the tarns before we head to the Holme Fell summit, with views to Coniston Water, Windermere, the Langdales and over towards Helvellyn.
After photographing the 360 view, we head down through the woods and then to Cathedral Cavern in Little Langdale. In the cave we take the opportunity to photograph all shapes and angles and head out to the remains of the quarry bothies.
A visit to Slaters Bridge and then back to Hodge Close where we walk down to visit the quarry and the still waters. From there it’s a short 10 minute walk back to the start.
